Comparado \u00e0s gera\u00e7\u00f5es anteriores, esse grupo \u00e9 o que menos bebe.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O comportamento j\u00e1 era observado em parcela dos Millennials (Gera\u00e7\u00e3o Y\/1980-1995), no entanto, o n\u00famero de adeptos entre os Zs \u00e9 maior. De acordo com um relat\u00f3rio da Innova Market Insights, um ter\u00e7o dos consumidores de 18 a 25 anos afirmou nunca ter consumido \u00e1lcool.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Uma pesquisa da Pattern Data Science, associa\u00e7\u00e3o de estudo para estudantes de ci\u00eancia de dados dos Estados Unidos, analisou o comportamento de compra dos consumidores na Amazon e identificou que, entre janeiro e julho de 2021, houve aumento de 60% na demanda por bebidas n\u00e3o alco\u00f3licas nos Estados Unidos, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com o mesmo per\u00edodo de 2020. J\u00e1 a demanda de cerveja sem \u00e1lcool cresceu 85%.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Os dados sinalizam para uma mudan\u00e7a no consumo de bebidas alco\u00f3licas, mesmo que isso aconte\u00e7a de maneiras diferentes em cada regi\u00e3o do mundo. O consumo n\u00e3o \u00e9 mais pautado pelo exagero e esse comportamento est\u00e1 conectado com outra forte tend\u00eancia: a busca por um estilo de vida mais saud\u00e1vel e pelo bem-estar.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um movimento que abre espa\u00e7o para novas categorias, sejam de drinks n\u00e3o alco\u00f3licos mais elaborados ou de vers\u00f5es com redu\u00e7\u00e3o de \u00e1lcool para atender a este p\u00fablico. Atenta a este cen\u00e1rio, a ind\u00fastria, em especial em pa\u00edses da Europa e nos Estados Unidos, j\u00e1 come\u00e7a a oferecer solu\u00e7\u00f5es para esse p\u00fablico.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De acordo com a revista inglesa The Economist, &#8220;as grandes companhias de bebidas est\u00e3o expandindo suas ofertas com baixo ou nenhum teor alco\u00f3lico, e isso se aplica a cerveja, vinhos e licores. A inova\u00e7\u00e3o nesse campo est\u00e1 florescendo. Quase 50% das marcas da Heineken, por exemplo, t\u00eam uma vers\u00e3o sem \u00e1lcool. Em muitos pa\u00edses ocidentais, essas alternativas ainda s\u00e3o novidade, mas as vendas v\u00eam crescendo rapidamente. Na Alemanha e na Holanda, pa\u00edses que adotaram logo no in\u00edcio a pr\u00e1tica, as cervejas sem \u00e1lcool constituem 10% das vendas da bebida&#8221;, afirma a reportagem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo dados da IWSR, empresa de dados e an\u00e1lises sobre o mercado de bebidas, o segmento de bebidas n\u00e3o-alco\u00f3licas chegou a 3% de mercado em 2020 e deve crescer 31% at\u00e9 2024.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Outro dado sobre os lan\u00e7amentos dessa categoria vem da Innova Market Insights, que constatou que 4% de todas as cervejas e destilados lan\u00e7ados globalmente em 2021 n\u00e3o continham \u00e1lcool.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>A vez das seltzers<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com baixo teor alco\u00f3lico, o consumo das hard seltzers cresceu na esteira dessa tend\u00eancia. Hard seltzer \u00e9 uma bebida produzida com \u00e1lcool de cana ou de cereais, \u00e1gua gaseificada e suco de frutas, vendida normalmente em latinhas. Seu teor alco\u00f3lico varia entre 3% e 5%. Foi criada nos Estados Unidos em 2013 e chegou ao Brasil em 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Segundo a ISWR, em 2019, as seltzers j\u00e1 tinham ultrapassado a vodca como a bebida destilada mais consumida nos Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Um levantamento feito pela Nielsen, empresa global de informa\u00e7\u00e3o e dados, aponta que, em 2018, havia apenas dez marcas de hard seltzers dispon\u00edveis nos supermercados dos EUA. Atualmente, s\u00e3o mais de 60 marcas.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainda de acordo com a Nielsen, as hard seltzers s\u00e3o mais populares entre consumidores de 21 e 44 anos. O drink tem teor alco\u00f3lico de 20%, o que, a t\u00edtulo de compara\u00e7\u00e3o, \u00e9 menos da metade da gradua\u00e7\u00e3o de um gin. E s\u00e3o apenas 62 calorias por 50ml, o que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 um atrativo para o p\u00fablico mais preocupado com a ingest\u00e3o de calorias.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.drfi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/download-3.jpg\" alt=\"Briz\u00ea\" class=\"wp-image-7703\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nesta onda de baixo teor de \u00e1lcool h\u00e1 tamb\u00e9m quem se inspire no sabor das bebidas cl\u00e1ssicas para apresentar alternativas ousadas sem \u00e1lcool. \u00c9 o que fez a norte-americana Ritual Zero Proof, que lan\u00e7ou recentemente coquet\u00e9is sem \u00e1lcool comvers\u00f5es Whisky, Rum, Gin e Tequila.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.drfi.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/Screenshot_2.jpg\" alt=\"Ritual\" class=\"wp-image-7706\" width=\"441\" height=\"415\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">O movimento crescente dos consumidores mais jovens por bebidas com baixo teor alco\u00f3lico ou sem \u00e1lcool oferece um amplo universo de oportunidades para marcas interessadas em atender a este mercado.
