The first initiative under the Donation Program also engaged employees at the São Bernardo do Campo (SP) and Northeast facilities, who donated items to organizations in their respective communities
The spirit of giving helped warm the winter for dozens of families through the 2026 Winter Clothing Drive, the first initiative promoted by the Donation Volunteer Program. The campaign brought together employees from different DR Flavors & Ingredients locations and resulted in the donation of hundreds of clothing items, blankets, and other winter essentials to local charitable organizations.
At the company’s headquarters in Jaraguá do Sul, Santa Catarina, the campaign took place from May 12 to June 12, with participation from employees and members of the DR Retirees Club. The initiative was carried out in partnership with the Volunteer Center of the Jaraguá do Sul Business Association (ACIJS). The donations were delivered to the Volunteer Center on June 22 and will be distributed to the Bairro Boa Vista, Semear, Amigos em Ação, and the Projeto Novos Caminhos, charity organizations that support families experiencing social vulnerability.
Employees at the São Bernardo do Campo (SP) facility also joined the campaign. They collected items including sweaters, pants, T-shirts, blankets, children’s clothing, socks, accessories, and other apparel. All of the donated items were delivered to Instituição Assistencial Meimei, which provides support to families and individuals experiencing social vulnerability.
Launched this year, the Donation Program brings together and organizes DR Flavors & Ingredients’ volunteer initiatives, encouraging employees to get involved in activities focused on education, health, culture, entrepreneurship, sports, social development, and sustainability. The Winter Clothing Drive marked the launch of the program’s activities and reinforced a value that has been part of the company’s 100-year history: building lasting relationships with the communities where it operates.
