With just days to go before Fi South America 2026, DR Flavors & Ingredients is stepping up preparations to participate in Latin America’s leading event dedicated to ingredients for the food, beverage, and nutraceutical industries. From August 4 to 6 at São Paulo Expo, the company will showcase its portfolio for these diverse markets at a booth located at the entrance to the event.
At the booth, visitors will have the opportunity to explore the technological versatility of DR’s portfolio across a wide range of food and beverage industry segments, featuring ingredients that combine attributes such as flavor, nutrition, and functionality in finished products, including solutions for beverages, snacks, cookies, sauces, animal proteins, ice cream, and confectionery. The tasting menu will showcase the company’s ability to develop solutions that meet the needs of a wide range of product categories by combining innovation, technology, and consumer trends.
DR’s flavor distributor partners—AGA, Megamix, Thera, Essencial, and Weber Foods—will also be present at the booth to foster business opportunities and networking. The initiative reinforces the company’s strategy of working collaboratively while fostering close relationships with customers and partners and strengthening its market presence.
Fi South America brings together the leading suppliers of functional ingredients, natural ingredients, flavors, colors, proteins, additives, and product development solutions, while also serving as a forum for discussions on innovation, market trends, and consumer behavior. The 2026 edition is expected to attract more than 12 thousand visitors and approximately 290 domestic and international exhibitors over the course of the three-day event, further cementing its position as South America’s premier meeting place for the ingredients industry.
