The process begins with the analysis of aromatic references, literature review and market research. We also used techniques such as chromatography to fully understand the compounds present in the original flavor.

At this stage, laboratory tests, stability analyses and tastings are performed on a simple basis. This is where the first sketches of the flavor take shape.

The prototypes undergo sensory analysis and pilot plant testing, validating the performance of the flavor in different applications and food systems.

Finally, the flavor is tested in a real industrial environment and adjusted, if necessary, with the support of our technical team. The goal is to ensure the delivery of a final product exactly as it was designed.
